An obvious burn scar covers the upper right of his face. If he's not wearing his eyepatch his dead eye is a milky white. The other eye is a pleasant goblin red.

After Deathwing's attack on Kezan, Mondo was among those who fled. After the Bilgewater Goblins joined the Horde he joined the Bilgewater Brigade as a soldier. Due to the constant undercutting of budgets He was often stuck behind enemy lines in dire situations with little equipment. He would often use his engineering background to create nasty surprises on the fly and use his trusty daggers to take care of the rest.
According to himself, he's cute as a button.
